-Latest order time (Cutoff): 3:00 PM (Vietnam Time GMT+7)

-Order processing time: 1–3 business days, executed on: Monday – Friday

-Transit time: 7–14 business days, shipped on: Monday – Friday

-Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout (Dependent on weight and location)

3. Order Cancellation

-Orders can be fully refunded if cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

-To cancel an order, please contact us via email at HadakiPro@gmail.com as soon as possible.

-Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
